We are obliged to issue an invoice to all participants, who attend the conference.

For the payment of the participation fee, we kindly ask you to fill in the form at the following link: [LINK]

In order to participate at the conference and have your proposal published in the conference abstract book, please transfer the participation fee by 15th September 2025 the latest to the bank account number indicated on the invoice you received.

Those co-authors who will not attend the conference have to register only, but they neither have to complete the form, nor pay the participation fee.

Filling out the form automatically means payment obligation, after which you can still withdraw your intention to participate, however, we cannot refund the previously paid sum. In case you cannot take part in the conference, the participation fee is transferable. Please indicate your modification intention in an e-mail to klener@edpsy.u-szeged.hu.

You can initiate group invoicing via the form, as well. In this case, please collect the information necessary for the conference organization and mandatory data about your participating colleagues.

In order to participate at the dinners on Thursday and Friday nights you need to fill in a separate application by 30th September 2025. This form is to be available soon. [LINK Coming soon...] In case of group invoicing each participant will have to fill in this form separately. Here you will have opportunity to indicate your personal dietary restrictions, as well.
