To participate in the conference and have your proposal published in the conference abstract book, please transfer the participation fee to the bank account indicated on the invoice sent by 15 September 2025 at the latest.

Co-authors who do not attend the conference but require registration, do not need to complete the Cooltix form and do not need to pay the participation fee.

For group invoicing, please collect the necessary information from your participating colleagues, including dietary restrictions and dinner preferences, and provide it on the form for conference organization purposes.
