CES 2025 - invoice request

We must issue invoice for each participant therefore, we kindly ask you to fill in the form by all means!

The issuer of the invoice, the UniServ SZTE Ltd. (13, Dugonics Square, Szeged, H-6720; tax number: 13194909-2-06) will send the invoice electronically to the provided e-mail address.

When transmitting the conference fee, we kindly ask you to indicate the serial number of the invoice in the comment field!

In case the group payment exceeds 25 participants we ask you to contact our colleague by e-mail (klener@edpsy.u-szeged.hu) and to send the data necessary for invoicing including the names of the participants and payment categories.

Additional information

Filling out the form automatically means payment obligation, after which you can still withdraw your intention to participate, however, we cannot refund the previously paid sum. In case you cannot take part in the conference, the participation fee is transferable. Please indicate your modification intention in an e-mail to klener@edpsy.u-szeged.hu.

We will issue the invoice based on the data provided. In case you did not provide some necessary data, or filled in the form incompletely or improperly, we cannot modify the invoice later.

The registration fee includes the conference package, participation in professional and cultural events, lunch, coffee and refreshments between the sessions, and a reception on 13th and 14th November 2025.

In order to participate at the dinners on Thursday and Friday nights you need to fill in a separate application by 30th September 2025. This form is to be available soon. In case of group invoicing each participant will have to fill in this form individually. Here you will have the opportunity to indicate your personal dietary restrictions, as well.

By filling in the registration form I accept that the organizers of the conference use my data provided above for preparing statistical data related to the event (number of participants, their distribution by institutions) in line with the data protection rules, exclusively related to the 25th Conference on Educational Sciences. We do not hand the data over to third party, we store them for maximum 60 days after the event and then safely delete them. During the event photo and video recordings take place, which the organizer may use for promotional purposes.
The participants of the event automatically give their consent to being photo and video recorded.
