The lecturers and doctoral students of the Doctoral School of Education at the University of Szeged took part again this summer in the traditional Doctoral Sailing programme, which was held at Lake Balaton from 11 to 14 June 2026. The three-day sailing trip offered participants active recreation, a shared community experience and valuable opportunities for informal connection.
Sailing together, teamwork, the closeness of nature and evening conversations all contributed to strengthening professional and personal relationships among doctoral students and lecturers in a more informal setting. The programme provided a memorable experience for the participants and further reinforced the community of the Doctoral School of Education.
