Invoice request and payment with proposals
In order to pay the registration fee, please fill in the invoice request form by clicking on the following [LINK].
Please note that even those participants will be issued an invoice, who do not wish to account the conference fee, therefore, please fill in the invoice request form by all means until 20th February 2025!
Your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within a few days of receiving your request. Please note that participation at the conference will only be confirmed and the accepted abstracts included in the book of abstracts if payment of the registration fee to the bank account indicated on your invoice is completed until 20th March 2025.
